Message Of course it depends on the fan, but where are you getting this Taurus fan failure rate data? You can say SPAL fans are junk all you want, but you do realize how illogical it sounds to say a used electric motor in a fan from a 1990s Taurus is more "reliable" than one that was manufactured a little more recently by a company that solely produces electric fans. Ash used to use Zirgo fans (If this is what you're referring to failing at a noticeable rate), so the SPAL comparison doesn't really matter. I really don't care. You could put a Hunter ceiling fan on your radiator for all I care.
